Why iOS makes this awkward
iPhone will happily turn a photo into a PDF through the Print sheet, but it offers nothing in the other direction. There is no built in way to convert PDF to JPG on iPhone, which is why people end up hunting for an app or a Shortcut. A browser tool avoids both.
